Daphne is our Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator. She has worked with Drs. Malone-Trahey & Simon since April 1992. A native of the Concord area, she began her career in orthodontics over 25 years ago. Daphne was a clinical orthodontic assistant for some twelve years before she became office manager/treatment coordinator; therefore, she truly knows orthodontics "inside and out". She currently holds and maintains certification in general dental and orthodontic dental assisting (CDA, COA). Daphne enjoys shopping, traveling, listening to music, the beach and her eight nieces and nephews. |

Linda is our Administrative Assistant and Appointment Coordinator. She has worked on Drs. Malone-Trahey & Simon's team since September 2000. A native of Huntington, West Virginia; Linda and her husband, Todd, have three children and one grandchild. She loves being on our team because she gets to see the patients with their new smiles and can see the confidence that new smile brings! Linda enjoys shopping, landscaping and her cats. |

Carol is a certified orthodontic assistant (COA). She had a parent/patient relationship with our office before joining us. She has worked with Drs. Malone-Trahey & Simon and been a team member since May 2001 in multiple capacities. Carol and her husband, Charles, have five children. She loves her position on our team because she ca make a dramatic difference in people's smiles and their lives. She loves to shop, decorate, attend NCSU sporting events, watch NCSU and UNC-Chapel basketball and Carolina Panthers football, and spend time with her family. |

Lori is a qualified orthodontic assistant (DAII). She had a parent/patient relationship with our office before coming to work with us in February 2006. Lori's dental/orthodontic assisting career spans twenty years. Lori and her husband Jeff, have three children. She loves her position because she is able to see the changes in patients' smiles and self esteem. She loves to read, camp and follow her children in their various sports activities. |

Glenna is a certified dental & orthodontic assistant (CDA, COA). She has worked with Drs. Malone-Trahey & Simon and been a team member since May 1991. A native of the Concord area, her orthodontic career spans over 29 years. Glenna and her husband, Kenneth, have two children and two grandchildren. She loves her position on our team because she gets to see the patients mature as they become more confident with themselves & their new smile. Glenna loves to read, listen to music, watch Food Network & try new recipes. |
