| Daphne is our Office Manager, Front Desk Coordinator, Treatment Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. She has worked with Drs. Malone-Trahey & Simon since April 1992. A native of the Concord area, she began her career in orthodontics over 30 years ago. Daphne was a clinical orthodontic assistant for some 12 years before she became office manager/treatment coordinator; therefore, she truly knows orthodontics "inside and out". She currently holds and maintains certification in general dental and orthodontic dental assisting (CDA, COA). Daphne enjoys traveling, listening to music and going to the beach. |
| Glenna is a certified dental & orthodontic assistant (CDA, COA). She has worked with Drs. Malone-Trahey & Simon and been a team member since May 1991. A native of the Concord area, her orthodontic career spans over 30 years. Glenna and her husband, Kenneth, have two children and three grandchildren. She loves her position on our team because she gets to see the patients mature as they become more confident with themselves and their new smile. Glenna loves to read, listen to music, watch Food Network and try new recipes. |
| Lauren is a certified dental assistant (CDA). She has worked for Drs. Malone-Trahey & Simon and been a team member since August 2007. Lauren is a native of Albemarle, NC and loves spending time with her family, shopping, her dogs (Jewels & Lola) and being spontaneous and taking off on "road trips". She loves her position on our orthodontic team because she gets to work independently and she loves to see patients smile BIG when the braces come off. |
